missingWrote a review on Nov 16quieter staygood mealunpleasant smell
The location is a bit off the main drag, offering a quieter stay while still being just a 15-minute walk from the vibrant main square. The evening meal served was notably good, providing a nice retreat after a day of exploring.
A few issues plagued the stay. wifi only worked well downstairs, proving inconvenient for planning while in the rooms. Some night-time noise rattled the peace, making rest a bit tricky, especially with music from neighboring rooms continuing late into the night. the room suffered from a persistent foul smell due to what seemed like air-conditioning problems. It's also worth noting that checkout procedures felt unusually complicated, with unclear communication about extra charges that added to the frustrations.

the decor was lovely, but the staff certainly didn’t know a thing about hospitality. expecting proper service, I was shocked by their dismissive attitudes. also, a soundproof room would have been delightful given the constant noise. almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it after those inconveniences.

The staff members were incredibly attentive, especially Samir and Zakaria, who ensured our needs were met. The food exceeded expectations with a wide range of options, and the opportunity to request specific meals was a delightful bonus. The two rooftops offered great spaces for relaxation and conversation, creating a perfect escape from the city's hustle. the calming atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable stay.

A delightful escape in Marrakesh
Waking up to fresh Moroccan pastries every morning was a highlight. The staff were warm, and the serene rooftop terrace provided a peaceful setting after days of exploration. We enjoyed evening meals that beautifully showcased local flavors.
Our peaceful nights were occasionally disrupted by noise from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning unit emitted a faint unpleasant smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.

this riad is a super chill escape from the busy streets outside. the staff are really friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. our room had amazin sunrise views that were super calming. the whole place is really clean and well kept. it’s just a short walk to the souk and jemaa el-fnaa, which is pretty cool!
the food felt a bit pricey compared to other places and service could be faster during busy times.

I recently enjoyed my stay here, where I was impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the entire riad, which even had a pleasant scent. I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and how the staff, especially Zakaria, went the extra mile to arrange transportation for us, ensuring we felt cared for. The food was delicious, but I think service could have been a bit quicker during busy meal times.
